gradle - How to set android target level 21 -

i finished developing app. , want change target api level of app 21. should change 21 or leave @ 19? changes have make gradle file make target set 21? thanks

go module's build.gradle file (not 1 project) , replace 19 21. should similar below

compilesdkversion 21 buildtoolsversion '21.1.2'  defaultconfig {     minsdkversion 8     targetsdkversion 21     versioncode 1     versionname "1.0" }

also change in manifest

<uses-sdk android:targetsdkversion="21"></uses-sdk>
