android - How set AdView refresh interval from Java code -

how programaticaly set interval refresh adview (com.google.android.gms.ads.adview) java code?

i can use com.google.android.gms.ads.adview.loadad(...) inside timertask.

but may exist method set interval in adview without timers or threads?

if using admob, when set specific advertisement, gives option select refresh rate. if set admob unit, go monetize , click on ad edit it.
