i found new feature of google chrome on windows 8.1: "windows 8 mode" available menu in top-right corner of window:

this opens windows store-style interface, if own app:

does know how google this, without sideloading app using auto-generated "add-appdevpackage.ps1" powershell script visual studio generates when create app package?
