flex - actionscript 3: border for label of progressbar not working -

is there know how make border label of progress bar in action script 3? tried setstyle("bordercolor",#ff0000) it's not success.

in example code of documentation see styles initialized notation 0xaab3b3.

i suggest change color in function 0xff0000.

the 0x means it's hexadecimal number.
