i've got simple question i'm sure won't have simple answer: have number of mobile app ideas 0 programming experience. start if want learn how make ios , google play apps? also, how long think take me reasonably educated , computer literate?

you don't make google play apps. create android application publish google play. if want start programming go search tutorials app developing instead of flooding forum.
