objective c - move a subview down when scrolling UITableViewController -

i have uitableviewcontroller static cells. add view in lower left corner. wish subview stay "glued" lower left corner , come down/up user scrolling.

how can achieve this?

have @ link, requires slight alteration have view stick bottom left corner instead of bottom middle.
